Alan “Snap” Greer is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and Naval Aviator with more than 20 years of experience in high-risk, high-reliability environments where safety, accountability, and sound decision-making are critical. He began his career as a nuclear electronics technician before earning his commission through ROTC. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, an MBA, and extensive aviation leadership experience as an operational pilot and instructor pilot.
Throughout his career, Alan served in senior roles focused on aviation safety, risk management, and incident response, helping organizations maintain readiness while reducing risk. After retiring from the Navy in 2020, he founded IntegriTek, where he continues to support organizations with mishap and incident prevention, response standardization, and organizational change management. Alan is known for a practical, professional approach that helps teams improve safety culture, manage complexity, and operate with confidence.

Scott “Mongo” Janik is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in aviation operations, training, and safety. A Naval Flight Officer and Electronic Warfare Officer by background, Scott flew jet aircraft and deployed extensively across the Middle East, Mediterranean, and Western Pacific, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan as a squadron commanding officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Aeronautics, and is known for leading teams in demanding, high-pressure environments.
Scott served in senior leadership and policy roles shaping aviation training, operational requirements, and safety standards across Naval Aviation. Most notably, he commanded the Naval School of Aviation Safety and Training Air Wing Six, guiding through a terrorist attack, severe weather events, and the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining mission performance. Following retirement, Scott joined IntegriTek, where he supports organizations and brings calm, clarity, and professionalism to complex challenges.
